Hello World...It's me!

 

I know I have been non existent in the blog world but I am back! Restarting my goals with this blog and fitness! My birthday and my Hawaii trip really through my body through a loop. We got a few more supplies in our spare bedroom which now makes it as a functional workout room. Some days I don't always feel as motivated to drive or run to the gym so this is a happy medium for me. The rower I think is going to be the greatest addition to our collection. They give your lower body such a good workout and help strengthen and tone that area. Also helps with flexibility and balance which everyone can benefit from right? haha. 

We are still doing our citraslim diet but the challenge is over. We are still waiting for them to announce the winners so we are pretty excited! It looks like everyone had such great progress!

  1. First of all, happy belated birthday! I hope you had a fun trip to Hawaii. If I had a spare room, i'd make it a workout room too. I'm not as motivated to walk/drive to the gym, i'd rather do it at my own home but workout stuff can be a bit expensive.

  2. That's awesome that you have a workout room! We have a rather large walk-in closet, so that's where we tend to do our workouts, but all we have in there are some bands and dumbbells. Good luck in your journey!

  4. Happy belated birthday! I too have gym equipment in my spare room and it's just the perfect way for me to get my exercise in! I hope we always have a spare room for gym equipment, but guess I'll have to go to the gym if that's ever not the case ha!

  5. I can't wait to move out of our loft and have a workout room! I love the gym but I am not always able to go to it (thanks kids lol) Good luck on your journey!
